
Step 4 is regular physical activity. Now, don’t worry—I’m not asking you to join a gym or do CrossFit. Just move your body in a way that works for you. Walking. Stretching. Dancing in your living room. Movement is medicine.

Step 5 is about sleep and stress management. You can’t have better health if you’re running on empty. We’ll talk tools to help you rest better and stress less—because both play a huge role in your energy, your weight, and your overall mood.

And Step 6 might surprise you—stay socially connected. Studies show strong social ties improve your health and even extend your life. We need each other. Whether it’s family, friends, or a support group—connection matters.
