Introduction

I’ve always been a builder at heart—whether it was assembling machines as a mechanical engineering student at Iowa State, leading large-scale projects for a Fortune 500 company, or helping someone re-imagine what’s possible in their life.

With over 40 years of leadership experience in project management and plant maintenance engineering, I learned what it takes to design systems that work—and more importantly, how to lead people toward meaningful results. But even in the heart of corporate success, I felt the tug of something more: a calling to carve my own path, to create something that reflected my values, and to empower others to do the same.

That drive led me to launch not one, but three businesses under the West Egg brand. The latest being West Egg Living that is rooted in one mission: helping people Create Their Beautiful Life through our four pillars, i.e. Wellness, Wisdom, Wealth, and Purpose. Whether I’m guiding someone through financial transformation, inspiring a healthier lifestyle after 50, or filming our “Creating Your Beautiful Life” video series with my incredible wife, Pam—I’m doing what I love: serving others with purpose.

At 67 years young and still chasing adventure, I believe that your best chapters are still ahead—no matter your age. I’m a proud husband, dad, and grandpa. I’m also the go-to handyman in our circle, a committed AARP Tax-Aide volunteer, and a passionate Financial Peace University instructor at our church.

I am trained and certified with AHIT (American Home Inspectors Training), the largest home inspector training organization in the United States.

I am a Certified Professional Inspector and member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) as well as MAHI (Midwest Association of Home Inspectors).  

I also have a license from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) to perform radon measurements (RMEA-00437) and I'm registered with the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP) as a Radon Measurement Professional (NRPP ID 112523-RMP).  

I am also an active 203(k) HUD consultant (D1203) participating in the State of MN and the surrounding states of ND, SD, IA, and WI.
