Hi, I’m Tim, the founder of West Egg Wealth and Wellness, and the creator of the Fit After 50 Blueprint course—a program designed specifically for men and women aged 50 and older who are ready to take back control of their health in realistic, achievable ways.

Why I Created This Course
As someone who’s lived through my own journey of navigating health in my 40s, 50s, and now 60s—I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating it can be. We’re bombarded with fads, quick fixes, miracle diets, and conflicting advice. And let’s be honest: most of it is geared toward 25-year-olds with time and metabolism on their side.
