Hi, I’m Tim, the founder of West Egg Wealth and Wellness, and the creator of the Nine Steps of Better Health course—a program designed specifically for men and women aged 40 and older who are ready to take back control of their health in realistic, achievable ways.

As someone who’s lived through my own journey of navigating health in my 40s, 50s, and now 60s—I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating it can be. We’re bombarded with fads, quick fixes, miracle diets, and conflicting advice. And let’s be honest: most of it is geared toward 25-year-olds with time and metabolism on their side.

That’s why I built the Nine Steps of Better Health—to give people like you a path that’s tailored to where you are now, and more importantly, where you want to go. This course is a practical, no-nonsense, and deeply encouraging roadmap to reclaiming your physical vitality, one step at a time.
